ABA Insurance contracted with RJ Martin Electric to provide electrical contracting services for a third-floor office suite build-out in a building being constructed by another contractor.

Notable project details:

• Project architects planned to install baseboard heaters on top of steel beams that comprised the shell of the building.
• RJ Martin Electric was a merit shop contractor working on a predominantly union job site.
• We coordinated our in-floor electrical work with the contractor’s overhead rough-in work on the floor below us. This required working with another owner and contractor regarding logistics and safety.
• RJ Martin Electric was the first contractor to provide permanent power to a build-out in entire building.
