RJ Martin Electric was contracted to provide electrical services for the construction of an eight-story Marriott hotel in the Chagrin Highlands development in suburban Cleveland.

Notable project details:

• Severe winter weather conditions compressed an already aggressive work schedule.
• The building was a block construction high-rise, and the general contractor did not provide a temporary elevator (i.e., buck hoist). Therefore, it was necessary to move material manually throughout the project site.
